It’s great to see UTC@MediaCity and the University of Salford trainees peer-mentoring and working together in this brainstorming session. The life work of Jack Henry Moore spans continents and decades, enabling the trainees to advance their research skills by fitting specific material into a biographical timeline. For example, discovering Jack worked at the UFO club during the late 60s, where Pink Floyd and Soft Machine were the house acts.

The most rewarding outcome of this project so far has been the stories told through connecting people and places with Jack’s archive.
